Angie Kenny is a Principal Consultant at Public Digital. Born and raised in Buenos Aires, she previously worked as a policy advisor in the Argentine public sector. She worked at the National Government on political reform. At Buenos Aires City Government she was an advisor to the Chief of Cabinet, and before to the Minister of Modernization.

She is a Latam specialist and has experience with international organizations in Belize, Colombia and Panama. Angie has also contributed to research projects about adapting institutions to the digital era, and data analytics in government.

Angie has an honors degree in Political Science from the Universidad Católica Argentina, where she later joined as an associate professor. As a Chevening Scholar, she completed a Master's Degree in Public Administration and Management at University College London during 2017/18.
