Emma Gasson is a service design strategist and product expert based in London.

Working for both central and local government, Emma has led the design and implementation of new strategies and services including for the UK’s Ministry of Justice and the Department for Education. In 2017, Emma was asked to lead the design, build and launch of the Manage Apprenticeships digital service for the UK.

More recently, Emma was Head of Product at Code for America, a non-profit organisation using technology to tackle civic issues, based in San Francisco.

With a background in design and social innovation, Emma is passionate about applying design thinking and high-speed agile delivery to solve large and complex problems.
