Francis is a product and agile delivery specialist. Before joining Public Digital, he led the digital transformation at Samaritans.

Francis is passionate about helping large and complex organisations transform their services for the internet era. At Samaritans he delivered several new services including a new online chat service and self-help app, as well as redesigning the volunteer recruitment journey, intranet and website. He worked with staff, volunteers and service users across the federated organisation to co-create the changes and introduce them in a sustainable way.

Before Samaritans, Francis led the digital team at the Royal Society. He previously ran an online start-up in the conferencing and events industry and worked at a consultancy for housing and local government. He holds an MBA from Cranfield University.
