Hind is a government and public sector reform and delivery specialist. She started her career in consulting in the Middle East and New York and since then she has led strategic multi-million dollar transformation programmes that aim to improve human capital development and the efficiency of public systems.
In her last role, she served as an advisor and executive director with the Government of Jordan leading a delivery unit that oversaw Jordan’s education development agenda (the Development Coordination Unit). She led on development of public policies, and implementation of donor programs.
Before that, she worked as a government and public sector advisor with PwC serving the Middle East.
She is currently working as a consultant, advising on socio-economic development programmes with partners including donors and thinktanks like the USAID and the World Bank.
She holds a Masters of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Binghamton University in New York, and a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University, where she was a Center for Public Leadership fellow, and worked with Harvard Mossavar Rahmani Center for Business and Government, conducting research on improving governments’ capacity to deliver for an upcoming book publication.
