Jennifer Rigby is an enterprise leader with experience of making change happen in a people centric and sustainable way in very large and traditional organisations with extremely complex stakeholder environments.

Jennifer was recently Chief Operations Officer for Lloyd’s of London where she transformed the technology estate and created the first digital and product capability.
