Kalbir Sohi is a cloud and devops specialist with extensive experience in building and running web scale infrastructure. He was previously a senior product owner at HMRC, where he delivered a cloud platform for building and hosting all of HMRC’s digital services, and introduced devops ways of working to the organisation. After HMRC he co-founded drie, where he worked with companies and governments in the UK, Middle East and Mexico to move legacy systems to the cloud, build secure cloud infrastructure, and grow software development teams. He also wrote the Ministry of Justice’s 2018 cloud strategy, and led their cloud platform team.
Currently, Kalbir works as an independent consultant advising organisations on cloud adoption, devops, and building software and infrastructure delivery teams.
