Kim Morley is an agile and digital delivery specialist with a background in coding and development.

Kim was the Head of Agile Delivery at Co-op where she supported around 25 agile delivery professionals building products and services for different areas of the business from Funeralcare to Food to Insurance. In her time at Co-op she encouraged the delivery community to rethink how their community of practice ran to improve engagement and satisfaction.

She was also pivotal in the digital transformation of Footasylum’s traditional IT department. She set up multidisciplinary teams and helped shift the focus from business needs to user needs, throwing out the existing backlog of tasks on her arrival.
