Lina leads and manages Public Digital’s engagements in the UK and Europe sector.

Before joining Public Digital, Lina was a Digital Programme Manager at the UK Parliament, where she led the development of the House of Commons Library’s and the Parliamentary Office of Science and Technology’s websites, championed digital accessibility, and embedded digital ways of working.

She also has first-hand experience working in international parliaments, most notably in Myanmar’s Pyidaungsu Hluttaw, where she led the development of their first-ever internal communications strategy.

Lina holds a master’s degree in Technology Management from the UCL centre for Systems Engineering, and has a keen interest in public sector digital transformations.
