Sarah’s background is in delivering pioneering digital products and services at scale, in complex organisations. She has led the development and launch of products and services at eBay and the BBC, and she was the product manager for GOV.UK when it launched in 2012 as part of the UK Government Digital Service’s transformation programme.
Sarah is now an independent consultant and coach. Her focus is on helping organisations set themselves up for successful, digitally-enabled transformation by developing strategies that can be translated into delivery; encouraging a culture of user-centred, agile service design, as well as building digital capability and confidence at all levels. She’s achieved this in many local government organisations in the UK as well as in central government departments, agencies and arms length bodies.
