Stacey is a Partner at Public Digital and leads on our work in the UK and Europe. She is an agile delivery and product specialist, with extensive experience in UK central government and in the private sector.

Stacey previously established and led digital service teams across central government departments in the UK and the wider public sector, including the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, Crown Commercial Service, Home Office and Ofsted. Prior to this she was an early member of the technology team at the Government Digital Service.

Stacey helps organisations build their digital capability and adopt the ways of working, culture and processes to deliver better outcomes for their users. She also advises senior leaders on their strategy and helps them create the right conditions for transformation to succeed.
