Tom Steinberg specialises in helping the leaders of public and non-profit organisations to adapt those organisations to life in the digital age. In his current and previous roles, Tom has sat on the executive teams of two large British lottery funding organisations, building in-house digital service design capacity, and designing specific digital funding and skills programmes in heavily regulated public sector environments.

Prior to his work in government, Tom founded mySociety, a pioneering civic technology non-profit that helped drive government interest in digital reforms, running websites like FixMyStreet and TheyWorkForYou. Tom has also developed digital policy for various governments, ministers and advisors.
